BARRY GOLDSTEIN
Barry Goldstein is a national and international Domestic Violence expert, author, speaker, advocate and expert witness. He is the author of six books concerning domestic violence and child custody. Barry is the author of the Safe Child Act, a comprehensive plan based on current scientific research that can fix the broken court system and make family courts safe for children. He serves as co-chair of the Child Custody Task Group for NOMAS, and as a consulting expert for the Center for Judicial Excellence. He was an attorney representing victims of domestic violence for 30 years. He now provides workshops, judicial and other training regarding domestic violence particularly related to custody issues.
VERONICA YORK
Veronica York is a domestic violence author, speaker, advocate, and expert witness. She is also a certified high conflict divorce coach and trained family law mediator. Along with helping her clients navigate their custody battles, she is also an advocate for change in the family court system as well as a champion for Domestic Violence training and education. Veronica is certified with the High Conflict Divorce Certification Program an has advanced training in family law mediation. She performs speaking engagements and writes articles regarding the topics of Child Custody Issues that involve Intimate Partner Violence and Child Abuse. She also does training on the misuse of Parental Alienation and the effects of Post Separation Abuse during a divorce.
